This journal provides immediate open access to its content, by this way, we make research freely available to the public and support a greater global exchange of knowledge. By default, Elmer Press publishes all articles under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License (Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International CC-BY-NC 4.0), which permits unrestricted non-commercial use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided the original work is properly cited.

If changes to the author list are necessary after submission, follow the COPE guidelines and notify the journal's corresponding author.

Permission for Authors

Authors maintain the copyright of their published articles. The corresponding author is empowered to confer, on behalf of all authors, a license to the publisher under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License. This license grants the publisher the right to publish, reproduce, display, distribute, and store the author's submission. Additionally, this license allows authors to employ their articles for personal non-commercial use without requiring approval from the publisher, as long as proper acknowledgment and citation of the initial publication in our journal are provided. In situations involving commercial use, authors are required to obtain consent from the publisher, and a fee may be applicable.

Permission for Third Parties

Individuals other than the authors are welcome to freely reuse, modify, and expand upon the work, as long as the derived work remains non-commercial and proper attribution to the original source is provided. If any third party intends to reproduce an article, whether partially or in its entirety, for commercial purposes, they are required to obtain our consent. In such cases, a fee may be incurred.

Non-Commercial Use may Include but not limited to the Following:

  1. Share the complete text or a summary of their own article on their personal or institutional websites.

  2. Creating a reasonable quantity of copies for personal or non-commercial professional purposes, such as facilitating the authors' own teaching responsibilities.

  3. Incorporating the article within an educational course pack or compilation, whether in physical or digital form, within the authors' institution. This provision is void if the compilation or training program involves a commercial fee.



Commercial Use may include but not limited to the Following:

  1. Introducing paid advertising when distributing or presenting the published article through online or print formats.

  2. Employing the published articles for purposes of redistribution, sale, licensing, or other commercial ventures in exchange for a fee.

  3. Including segments or complete published articles within other creations in exchange for a fee.

  4. Utilizing portions or entirety of the published articles by organizations or entities for promotional or advertising intentions, subject to a fee.

  5. Any distribution, whether partial or complete, of published articles by pharmaceutical agencies is universally categorized as commercial use.

  6. Reprinting portions or the entirety of the article within a book or other publication, whether edited by the author or others, where the book is intended for sale and profit.
